Our Team

Suzanne Borgquist, MPT
Suzanne is the owner of Hands on Rehab, Inc. She specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation including custom upper extremity splinting and wound care. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from BYU in Exercise Science and her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah.

She has devoted her career to the treatment of upper extremity patients and understands the importance of prompt, quality intervention. Suzanne is the mother of two young boys and enjoys spending time with them and her husband.

 

Abigail Johnson, PT, DPT, OCS
Abigail graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Physiological Science and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Azusa Pacific University. She honed her skills by completing the rigorous year long Orthopedic Residency at Kaiser Permanente and becoming a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

She has a love for travelling and has experience doing physical therapy on medical mission trips in Peru and Kenya. Other hobbies include gardening and baking. She is a wife and mother of an energetic little boy and enjoys spending her free time with her family.

 

Jessica, PT DPT
Jessica graduated from California State University, Long Beach with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, then from California State University, Fresno with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is passionate about neurological, chronic pain, orthopedic, and sports specific rehab. She comes with experience in working with patients of all ages.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiance and taking her dog, Max, to the beach.

 
 

Mercy, Aide
Mercy graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She is interested in becoming a physical therapist; a desire that stems from wanting to help and encourage people through their rehabilitation, having experienced the positive impact of physical therapy herself and in the lives of those close to her.

For leisure, she enjoys cooking, painting, and dancing.

Jamie, Aide
Jamie graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and minor in public health from California State University, Fullerton. She is interested in becoming an occupational therapist with a desire to help those in rehabilitative therapy regain their autonomy: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

She spends her free time visiting different national parks and discovering new food places all around Orange County.

 

Brynn Zwiep, Aide
Brynn graduated with a bachelors degree in Biology with an Emphasis in Pre Physical Therapy from Grand Canyon University. She is interested in becoming an occupational therapist, driven by the love of watching people achieve their goals and being proud of themselves.

In her free time, she enjoys trips to the river and spending quality time with her family.
